Because skincare products are considered personal use items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refund once a product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standars of safety and hygiene for all of our clients.

Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
